ღ I am a new GOM, so please be patient with me.
ღ For all of my G.O's, I consult other GOM's about pricing as I am new.
ღ I will always put how many payments there are to pay for any G.O's.
ღ I will always give screenshot of receipts or proof of payment of items bought.
ღ I will always make a GC for all my joiners in a particular G.O.
ღ I will try to update ASAP whenever there is new information coming in about the items.
ღ I will either show a video or a picture of the items when it gets to me, I will always take a video of your claims and personally send it you.
ღ If backed up or delays will happen, please be patient. There is a lot of things I can not control in G.O's...That being said if there is something that comes up, I will communicate right away!

ღ ANY SETS CAN HAVE POSSIBLE DAMAGES/SCRATCHES NO MATTER WHERE THEY CAME FROM, IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO THIS PLEASE DO NOT JOIN.
ღ YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PAY YOUR CLAIMS AFTER I HAVE SENT THE AMOUNT TO THE GC, WITHOUT PAYMENT AFTER FOR 2 DAYS/48 HOURS YOUR CLAIM WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN.
ღ IF YOU HAVE PAID, YOU CAN ONLY GET YOUR REFUND IF THE JOINER YOU HAVE ASKED TO REPLACE YOUR SPOT HAS PAID.

4 PAYMENTS
= Item + Neokyo fee (item+250yen) + PayPal fees (3.6% + 40yen)
= EMS (SPLIT PER ITEM)
= CUSTOMS (SPLIT PER ITEM)
= DOM (Will be collected once item is on hand and depends on how big/heavy your order is).
ღ I will NOT PAY for your items until your money is in my account. This will affect on how fast you can secure your items.
ღ Neokyo does NOT BUY PARTIAL SETS, ONLY FULL SETS.
ღ Make sure you are reading description, some sellers do not allow proxy even if it is listed in Neokyo so there will always be a chance your request will be denied.
ღ Descriptions of items are NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY to read.
ღ It is not my fault or Neokyo's if you have purchased a fake/replica/dupe, do your own research.
ღ EMS + CUSTOMS will be split per item (5 pc set = 5 items).
ღ Anything heavier/bigger such as albums will cost more for CUSTOMS and EMS.
ღ PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CANCELLING, CANCELLING AN ITEM MIGHT GET ME KICKED OUT OF NEOKYO.

Mercari (Refunds)
Damage Items
ღ Neokyo doesn’t allow me to contact seller for any damages so if you’re sensitive don’t join.
ღ If the package does arrived damaged, I can not send any items out of that package as Neokyo can not do anything if items has been sent. Which means asking for a refund, requires me to keep all items in the package they have sent until refund has been approved or not. Refund's are either full or partial, it depends on what Neokyo decides. If there is no refunds, I can not give you a refund from Neokyo nor from me as it was out of my control.
ღ Neokyo refunds takes time to transfer into my paypal. Please be patient if you are waiting for your refund.
Refunds on Cancelled Items
ღ There is always a possibility for NEOKYO to cancel a request after payment, if you are scared for that please refrain from joining.
ღ When items are cancelled, they are only the NEOKYO fee. Paypal fees does not come with the refund.
ღ Refunds goes through my NEOKYO wallet at first, while it is there you have two option..
1 - Find another item with the equal value or find an item that you want to use the money on (Please be reminded, if your new item costs more than what you had refunded, you will need to pay the extra amount).
2 - Refund to your account, this can take days/weeks to go through my account then to yours.

PC
ღ PC will always be in a sleeve with the opening of the sleeve closed by washitape.
ღ Toploaders will always be used with the opening closed by washitape.
ღ IF I DO NEED TO USE CARDBOARD, I WILL ASK BEFOREHAND.
ღ I use washitape to close ALL sides of card.
ღ I use crafters tape to put on the sticky part of the envelope.
ღ I always tape the opening of the card close.
ღ I will always put @ on the mail, please lmk if you are uncomfortable.
ALBUM
ღ Depending on the amount of album, if only one album is bought the album will most likely be in a mailer and sent off as a stamped mail (THIS WILL DEPEND ON THE SIZE OF THE ALBUM AS WELL), UNLESS willing to pay for high shipping cost.
ღ Stamped mailed album are only able to fit 1 or 2 layer of bubble wrap. Mailers that are allowed for stamped are not big, so adding a lot more bubble wrap can cause the album not to fit (DEPENDS ON THE ALBUM SIZE, IF ALBUM IS ALREADY TOO BIG AND CAN ONLY FIT JUST RIGHT ON A MAILER. BUBBLE WRAP IS NOT POSSIBLE).
ღ For more than 1 album, items will be in a box or a bigger mailer with bubble wrap!
ღ I always tape the opening of any boxes/mailers.
ღ I always add tape on the address, this way water won't smudge the address. If you are not okay with this, please lmk.
